Description
This is a remake of a famous Madagascan cross originally registered by Fred Hillerman in 1978. Fred was also the author of A Cultural Manual for Angraecoid Orchid Growers and co-author of An Introduction to the Cultivated Angraecoid Orchids of Madagascar. One of the most remarkable traits of this hybrid is its intense evening fragrance, as just a single flower can fill an entire room!
Grow warm, keep evenly moist, and provide low to medium light. Best grown in New Zealand Sphagnum moss or a pine bark mix.
Please note: These plants commonly develop black spots or yellow markings on the foliage. This is genetic and not a disease or infection. Most of ours look clean, but if you notice this on your plant, it is completely normal.
