Laelia alaorii is a miniature orchid species endemic to Brazil, at low elevations. It does best in warm environments and medium light conditions. We have had luck growing this species in both bark and moss, and we currently have them in small pots with sphagnum moss. This batch is all blooming size, and expected to flower between spring and fall.
