A remake of an old cross that hasn't been seen for some time. We are working on recreating many of the old Cattleya and Laelia hybrids as they were stunning when first flowered many years ago. These produce some large well shaped flowers with excellent brilliant colors. We used a select mendelii to make the cross. On the lefdt of the photo is the Laelia purpurata carnea. To the right is Cattleya mendelii.
