Cymbidium Numu Tabetoi (4N) was a hybrid registered by Orchids Limited in 2021 and is a cross between Cym. Looker (4N) x Cym. Cracker Jack 'Midnight Magic' AM/AOS (4N). The Looker 'Fernbrook' we bought from the Santa Barbara Orchid Estate around 1987and we grew all the seedlings out and flowered them. The best one was a fantastic deep orange dolor with a deep red/burgundy lip. The Cracker Jack is a fantastic deep red color. The resulting seedlings were also flowered and we kept the best. We didn't breed with it for may years. The Alice and Ralph 'Patricia' (4N) was a plant that was bred and a division was sold to us from Any Easton of New Horizon Orchids. Andy is without a doubt one of the best if not the best cymbidium breeder in the world. We look forward to seeing these plants flower possibly in 2023 or 2024. They are vigorous growers and should have excellent Orange Red coloration. They will also have exceptionally long lasting flowers.
