A species native to Myanmar, Thailand, southwestern China, Laos and Vietnam. It likes cool to warm conditions and will shed foliage on mature canes in the winter, prior to blooming in the spring. Once December comes along, cut fertilizer back and water less, allowing a dry-rest before spring. Compact plants.
