Not In-Spike
Description
A wonderful, compact-growing species from Thailand and Laos! This Dendrobium produces several flower spikes per pseudobulb, with 1 to 3 flowers per spike that bloom with a fragrance of tangerines.

This is a deciduous Dendrobium that drops its leaves once the canes have reached maximum size for their cycle (getting larger with each growth until they reach about 8" to 10" in length).

Flower buds then emerge from the sides of the bare canes in spring to early summer, typically shortly after they flower. We recommend allowing the potting material to dry between watering from October through March. When the flower buds appear in spring, water more consistently. Once new growth begins to emerge in summer, water with fertilizer occasionally until late fall.
