Description
OrchidWeb is one of the few sellers in the U.S. offering this stunning plant in a mature form!
Our current plants are in 7.5 - 8" pots, with the longest leaves measuring 15 to 20 inches as of March 2025. These are mature flowering size seed grown plants that were planted at our nursery in 2019. The mother plants used were originally collected in the late 1990’s. The 6th photo shows one of the mother plants leaves at over 40”.
Renowned as the "King Anthurium," this breathtaking species is one of the largest epiphytic Anthuriums in the world. Native to Colombia, it thrives as an epiphyte, climbing trees with cascading foliage that can reach up to 6 feet in length.
We ship these root-bound and ready for repotting, saving you shipping costs! We grow ours in Pro-Mix HPCC, but they will adapt well to any high-quality, water-retaining houseplant soil.
✨ Please Note: Due to the size and delicate nature of its large foliage, some minor blemishes may occur from handling or shipping. This is normal and does not affect the plant’s health.
