This is a cactus species native to southern Mexico. It is a nocturnal bloomer and produces very large pink and white fragrant flowers that last for one night only. Grow in medium to bright light. Brighter light in the spring encourages summer flowering. These are very easy to grow and like a moisture retaining medium (we use a peat moss mix) and need to be kept on the wet side in the summer.
We are offering cuttings that are 8+ inches in length. Once potted, they will produce roots within one month. Water lightly the first month while new roots are developing.
The established cuttings have large root systems, many with branching growths, in 3.25" pots.
