The ‘Senzai’ variety is a 'mini' bean leaf which also produces smaller, more thick segmented flowers. Senzai also has very thick fat green-tipped roots. Senzai can be somewhat of a reluctant bloomer, but the foliage is just lovely! It is also an 'aojiku', or albino type with no pigment in the axis of the foliage.

Senzai translates to 'A thousand years', but we guarantee it will bloom in less than 1000 years.
