Description
With so many varieties of Neofinetia available now days, the good old classic standard wild type is often forgotten. 'Fuuran' means wind orchid, and comes from an old Chinese horticultural book written in the 1400's, illustrating the orchid that grew in the breeze, which was a Neofinetia falcata on a tree branch. These are native to China, Korea and Japan, and have been cultivated and enjoyed in East Asia for hundreds of years. Easy to grow, and a must have for orchid collectors of any level!
Current plants come in a 4.5" clear pot with moss (mounded up). We are not recommending our moss upgrade as the root systems on these are very large and will not fit in a K35 pot.
*Note, there is extra red pigment on this batch as they received brighter light. Growing them in lower light will help them revert back to green foliage with less red pigment. Priced accordingly.
