This cross will produce large black pitchers that will be darker in the brighter spring and summer months and slightly lighter in color in winter months. The pitchers will eventually get quite large. Nepenthes robcantleyi is a slower growing species but quite spectacular with very large dark pitchers. These plants do tolerate some drying at the roots if you should slip up on watering. This is a verified male plant.
