Description
A new hybrid of Chiloschista, the Southeast Asian 'ghost' orchid which primarily consists of a root system, sometimes hosting one or two leaves at base. This is a ghost orchid that is much easier to grow than the Florida ghost orchid. So far, the offspring of this cross have all been yellow, similar to the pusilla parent. There should be some larger sized flowers with the exuperei genetics in the background. The flower photos you see are of first time bloom seedlings. As the root system matures, the flower spikes can reach 8 inches in length, hosting 20+ flowers.
Easy to grow. An excellent terrarium plant as well.
