Description
Sarchochilus hybridizing results in a wide range of colors, so you can expect a variety of speckled pink and white flowers on the plant you receive. The flowers are long lasting and are sometimes lightly scented!
Sarchochilus originate in Australia and New Caledonia. These plants may be small, but are tough as nails! These hybrids are quite wonderful and have several flowers per spike that are 1/2" to 3/4" in size and are long lasting. The flowers typically emerge in spring and last up to 3 months.
We have found these to grow best in unglazed clay with sphagnum moss, plastic pots in with charcoal, or cork slab mounted.
