We flowered the first one of this exciting hybrid June of 2024!
*More large seedlings being established. They will be ready by late August 2024.
This Mexican orchid hybrid crosses the popular, large-flowering Stan. Michael Bloyer (tigrina x platyceras) with Stan. martiana in order to introduce a higher flower count and novel color combinations. Both parents are big, showy and fragrant. These should produce some deep maroon and red colors on large and fragrant flowers. These grow very fast and love water and fertilizer all year round in higher light longer day environments, for those in the northern part of the USA you can cut back on fertilizing during the winter moths and water a little bit less often.
