A miniature, shade-loving Dracula native to the provinces of Pastaza, Morona-Santiago, and Zamora-Chinchipe in Ecuador, as well as northern Peru. And yes, the flowers still display the characteristic of a “monkey face” inside! Unlike many Dracula species that demand consistently cool conditions, this one adapts well to cool to intermediate environments and is easier to grow.
