Description
A Southeast Asian epiphyte with clusters of yellow, white and red flowers similar to G. japonica but with more slender petals. Originally described in 1891.
These grow well in small containers with small bark or sphagnum moss. They also make for great slab plants.
We have detected a slight fragrance but nothing as strong as many other species.
Current batch (Fall 2021) are first time bloom plants in 2" pots. Overall, obliquus can get a longer leaf span of about 8" plus across. These were imported in the spring of 2021, and some plants may have some slight leaf blemish due to shipping damage, but overall these are looking very healthy now.
