This is a polyantha crossed with a brachypetalum type Paphoipedlium hybrid with large, beautiful mottled foliage and unique flowers that have the fragrance of tupelo honey which comes from the kolopakingii parent.

Grow in medium light conditions and keep roots moist by watering once per 4 to 7 days, depending on environment. Do not let dry completely. This plant thrives in warm conditions, but will grow in intermediate as well.
