A fantastic primary hybrid between subgenus Brachypetalum concolor and Polyantha rothschildianum, resulting in a hybrid which can produce one to three flowers per spike. These are superb flowering size plants and will produce 2-3 3-4" flowers with a whitish yellow background covered in stippled burgundy stripes
This is a medium-light hybrid which can handle warmer conditions. Keep moist at the root system allowing the mix to approach dryness between watering. Fertilize with Green Jungle once per week for 3 weeks and on the 4th week use clear water.
This is a hybrid made by Sam Tsui of the Orchid Inn, who sough out quality Paphiopedilum parents for breeding excellent hybrids. There will b award winners from this cross. We count new growths even when they aren’t flowering size because within a short few months the will be. When listed as flowering size there will be at least one fully mature growth and other growths of varying sizes.
