This is a beautiful species native to northern Guangxi and southeastern Yunnan provinces of China & Vietnam in the subgenus Parvisepalum. A cross between a regular form delenatii and the vinicolor form, also known as 'dunkel', for its very deep rose-colored pouch and dark foliage. The offspring result in pouches that are a stronger rosy pink vs. the standard form. They also have a slight fragrance of rose. In addition, the foliage has beautiful mottling as well.
Easy to grow. Low light, intermediate to warm growers.
