We created this particular cross of Penang Girl using the indigo form of violacea coerulea which gives the flowers a richer color than the standard violacea parent. These are nice, large flowering size plants that we grew from seed since 2010. Grow in low to medium light with intermediate to warm temps. Water as the moss just approaches dryness. Fertilize once every third or fourth watering. Never cut the flower spikes as long as they are green because they will keep flowering year after year. These plants can flower from spring through fall. The fragrance is really nice and the plants are beautiful with glossy green leaves.
