This is the rarer yellow flower form of this section Polychilos Phal from Vietnam, Nicobar Islands, Malaysia, Java, Borneo, Sumatra, and the Philippines. This section of Phalaenopsis reflowers from the same spikes year after year so you do not need to cut the flower spikes until the spike turns all yeelow or a dry brown color. They are also mildly fragrant.

This is a shade-loving, warm to hot growing species from lower to mid elevation ranging from 200 to 1000 meters.

Established seedlings in 3 inch pots as of the summer of 2024. We expect these to reach blooming size by the summer of 2025.
