Endemic to the island of Luzon in the Philippines, this species is found at elevations up to 1,200 meters. It features attractive mottled foliage and striking flowers, with a crisp white base highlighted by bright yellow side lobes on the lip. These plants grow well in bark, sphagnum moss, or mounted on a slab in humid conditions.

The current batch is all blooming size and should flower between late winter and spring of 2026.
