One of the most colorful and large masdevallia flowers around from Macchu Picchu. This division has a 5cm wide flower (at widest point) with a vertical spread of 16 cm.
This is one of the most difficult flowers to photograph as the intense orange covered in sections of purple hairs just don't work in two dimension. This really is a vividly colored flower when seen in person.
