A Vanda species native to the Ryukyu Islands, Taiwan, Borneo, the Philippines and the Marianas Islands. It has slender leaves and fragrant flowers and can be grown in baskets in high humidity growing areas or also does well in plastic pots with a bark/charcoal/perlite mixture.

This cross expresses more yellow than white in the flower petals than the boxalii form.
