Barbosella orbicularis

This species is native to the lower forest to cloud forest habitats of Costa Rica, Panama, Venezuela, northern Brazil and Ecuador. This miniature orchid tolerates a wide range of temperatures, from cool to warm. This species has a mat-forming, epiphytic growth habit and blooms with small, 3 mm wide flowers. An excellent choice for aficionados of miniature orchids!
