Bifrenaria harrisoniae

An uncommon species native to Brazil that produces fragrant, long-lasting, waxy flowers up to 3 inches across in creamy to pale yellow tones with a contrasting lip. Its thick, sturdy leaves and water-storing pseudobulbs help it withstand the dry winter season. We grow this species very similarly to Cattleya, with bright filtered light and intermediate to warm temperatures.
