Bulbophyllum falcatum 'Standing Tall' AM/AOS

Fantastic awarded divisions of this distinctive species from Central and West Africa produce charming yellow flowers along the sides of striking red inflorescences.

This easy, fast-growing Bulbophyllum thrives in medium light and intermediate to warm temperatures, making it an excellent choice for beginners. Because the plants spread outward quickly, they grow especially well in shallow bulb pans filled with New Zealand sphagnum moss or a fine-grade bark mix. They can also be mounted on slabs in high-humidity environments.

Our current batch consists of happy, healthy plants in 5-inch pots. They are just beginning to grow over the edges—a completely normal habit for this species!
