('Grace' HCC/AOS x 'Holy Mackerel' AM/AOS)
Tetraploid parents will make for larger flowers! Native to Bahia State, Brazil, this compact and highly fragrant Cattleya species is a slow but steady grower that performs best when grown in warm conditions.
It adapts well to a variety of growing methods, including baskets with good humidity, clay pots with sphagnum moss, or plastic pots with either bark or moss if humidity levels are lower.
The example photo on the right shows a plant in a 3.25-inch pot, next to a 3-inch pot for size comparison.
We expect the 3.25-inch pot plants to reach blooming size in 2028, while the 3-inch pot plants should reach blooming size in 2029.
