Cattleya maxima coerulea 'Blue Sea'

Clones of the highly sought-after coerulea form of Cattleya maxima, native to Ecuador and Peru. This adaptable species grows across a wide elevation range, making it both hardy and tolerant of cool to warm conditions. Among coerulea Cattleyas, maxima is known for producing some of the truest “blue” tones, paired with a pleasing fragrance.

Plants are nearing blooming size, with flowers expected in winter 2027.
