Description
A wonderful example of a flamea semi alba clone, awarded, established divisions. This spectacular winter-blooming species is native to Colombia. Cattleya trianaei have the longest lasting flowers of any Cattleya, often lasting for up to 6 weeks or more. The large, fragrant flowers are stunning with their 6" to 8" size. The flowers have a crystalline appearance and sparkle in the light. These flower just slightly later than most trianaei, typically in January to March We often list these as being in spike (sometimes there can be dry sheaths, they still flower from these) and sheath in late November through early December because it is far better to ship these with the buds down in the sheath. The last photo is of the actual plant you will receive.
