Cattleya warscewiczii ('Alexander's Var.' x 'Meteor')

An incredibly vigorous cross with very robust plants. The plants exhibit very dark purple coloration in the leaves, far more than normal for this species. These are flowering-size plants. The flowers will be large, dark and have great shape. These will typically flower in late May through June or early July depending on the weather. The parents used are antique classics and are around 100 years old plus! The photos are of the actual first blooms. These are excellent large plants with several growths! (Limited availability)
