(syn. Coelogyne ochracea)
A compact species native to Nepal and China, known for its heavily scented flowers, which are unlike any other orchid fragrance out there! This is the 'Fukushima' clone, in which all are hand divisions of the original parent. Virus tested negative for CymMY and ORSV. This species always flowers for us around March.
It should be noted that this plant always has dry and brown tips once the foliage matures. This is normal and not a sign of dehydration. We trim the tips back.
A fantastic collectible species!
