(Stanhopea jenischiana x Coryanthes misasii)
This item is currently sold out — but we can let you know when it’s back!
NOTE: These are all divisions of a clone called 'Shogun Hawaii' AM/AOS, and have the exact same flower pictured here. Our newsletter showed a more orange type. We apologize for the mistake.
A Stanhopeinae intergeneric hybrid that is exceptionally easy to grow and capable of producing multiple flower spikes once mature. Highly fragrant and floriferous, this is a rewarding plant that puts on an impressive display when in bloom.
Warm temperatures promote the fastest growth, and we typically see flower spikes begin emerging between April and July. Blooming generally occurs during the warmest months of the year.
Be sure to water and fertilize regularly, as these plants are both thirsty and heavy feeders. With proper care, they grow quickly and can become spectacular specimen plants over time. We expect this batch to flower during the summer of 2026.
