Description
This is the highly sought after clone of Dendrobium Enobi Purple 'Splash', known for its splash of color around the edges of the petals. It is a compact Dendrobium Phalaenopsis type, which gets its name from the Phalaenopsis-like shape of the flowers. These orchids produce thick, stalk-like canes that have a bamboo-like presence to them. Easy to grow in warm temperatures and bright light, as the parents of this hybrid originate from Southeast Asia and Northern Australia.
Please Note: This batch of plants is watered frequently in high humidity and will ship with live moss growing on top of the bark mix. This is a symbiotic relationship that the plants often benefit from, as the moss helps retain extra moisture in the media. Usually in most households, the moss will eventually die off. When repotting, we suggest a bark mix or sphagnum moss.
