Dendrobium glomeratum - Giant Specimen Plant

This is a giant specimen of Dendrobium glomeratum from the The Maluku Islands or the Moluccas of Indonesia. This plant is often said to be a cooler growing species though we have been growing this in our intermediate to warm greenhouse just fine. This plant has between 150 to 200 growths in an 11 inch pot standing about 45 inches tall. This plant has been growing here at Orchids Limited for many years. Now it is time to share this with someone who might appreciate the time and effort it took for us to grow it this big. We have propped the growths up to contain the composure of the plant, but when not propped up they will cascade over the side of the pot and the plant would need to be hung or set atop a pedestal.
