Dendrobium Silver King specimen (local only)

An excellent specimen in a 10.5" modern concrete container. Dendrobium Silver King is a large and easy-to-grow orchid that flowers twice per year. This Dendrobium is from the section Latouria, which are native to the Philippines to Samoa with the center of distribution in Papua New Guinea where about 45 species are found. One of the great features of this Dendrobium type is that they re-flower on the top of the canes many times over, so both old and new growth can produce flowers.

Keep in medium to bright light (East or South Windows are best) and water well once per week. Fertilize twice per month in the summer and once per month in the winter.

All in all this is a statement piece that will surely attract the eyes of anyone in the room!
