Dendrobium toressae

A true miniature! This wonderful species from Australia has textured succulent foliage that has alternating, tightly-packed leaves that turn red in high light. Over time, the plants form mats that completely colonize their mounts.

The long-lasting, almost transparent flowers appear frequently throughout the year, and they typically range from yellowish-green, to butter yellow with a pinkish or orange tinge. The flowers are large relative to the size of the foliage.

Grow in humid conditions, bright conditions with decent air movement.
