Laelia lucasiana ‘Fernbrook’

A true miniature species this rare Laelia grows in fissure on granite outcrops in Minas Gerais in Brazil. The plant is only 3 to 4 inches tall when fully mature but produces compact stems of of gorgeous pink flowers with a yellow i lip. Grow in bright light and allow the potting mix to just dry between watering. The ‘Fernbrook’ clone is a good example of the species and is quite vigorous.
