Lycaste schilleriana 'Rosea' is the pink-lipped form of this unique species native to Colombia. It produces large, lightly fragrant flowers that often last for 6–8 weeks. Mature plants can produce impressive clusters of 5–10 blooms at once, creating a display that nearly hides the foliage beneath the flowers.
Current plants are blooming-size divisions from one of our larger specimens. As the newest growth matures, they will continue producing additional roots and developing into robust plants. This is a semi-deciduous species, so some foliage imperfections may be present; example photos are provided below.
