Maxillaria sophronitis

A compact Maxillaria native to the cloud forests of Venezuela and Colombia. This plant spreads with multiple stolons growing in all directions. It makes a good option for terrarium ground cover as well. Vibrant, small flowers can appear anytime the new growths mature, and most of our larger plants bloom two to three times per year.
