One of the few orchids with flat growths and pointy leaves, its bright yellow flowers emerge from various points between the leaves. These plants grow in wet forests and thrive with consistent moisture at the roots. New Zealand sphagnum moss is best as a potting medium. Water as the moss approaches dryness. Fertilize once every third watering. The flowering time can vary and these can flower more than once per year.
