Oncidopsis Francine 'Roseglow'

This is a relatively new introduction in the Oncidiinae hybrid group that has flowers in colors of rose red and yellow with a brushed red orange lip that is lighter in color than the rest of the flower. The flowers last 6 to 8 weeks or more and can be grown in cooler temps as well as regular household conditions. As you can see from the photo with two spikes, the older flowers will fade to a pink color after a few weeks while the fresh flowers hold a stronger red color.
