Pleurothallis calceolaris 'Nuevo Rojo'

This Colombian species produces beautiful deep, red flowers that can emerge almost any time of year. It prefers shaded to semi-shaded light and cool to intermediate temperatures. This plant also prefers New Zealand sphagnum moss as a potting medium. The plant is about a foot or so tall and has big broad leaves. The plants offered are flowering size divisions from the only plant we have.
