Tolumnia bahamensis

This rare species, native to the Bahamas and South Florida, produces tall spikes of cream and yellow flowers. The plants have unique foliage, with cylindrical leaves arranged in a fan that climbs upward as new growth emerges. The flower spikes are tall and remain in bloom for several weeks.

These are growing in coco-fiber in 4" baskets, slipped into a solid plastic pot for moisture retention.

Note that these baskets have growths with reddish/tan markings.
