Zygopetalum Jumpin Jack

A compact-growing Zygopetalum hybrid with wonderfully fragrant flowers, carrying a sweet hyacinth fragrance that can develop a hint of pepper in the afternoon. This rewarding hybrid typically blooms twice per year, with each display lasting 4 to 6 weeks.

Zygopetalums appreciate consistent moisture, so water before the sphagnum moss dries completely. They also prefer moderate light and cooler temperatures, as excessive light or heat can cause black spotting on the foliage.

The current batch is expected to begin opening its flowers in early to mid-August.
