A very fine hybrid cross. The flowers are large but more rounded than sesquipedale and the plant exhibits the best habits of the two species being compact with wide, rich green leaves. The incredibly waxy flowers have superb fragrance at dusk and during the night with a sweet scent that has overtones of nutmeg. These are really magnificent large plants. Grow in medium light and water as the potting mix approaches dryness. These typically flower in late summer to fall.
