The chrysotoxa is an incredible and rare form of dowiana. A fabulous print can be seen in the famous publication Lindenia, an orchid publication from the 1800s. The lip is quite distinct and unique and the flowers seem to have a richer, deeper color to them with slightly better substance. This form is sometimes called the 'Annapita' type. These are vigorous seedlings.
