A tall moniliforme where the mature canes reach 8" plus in height. The foliage has very slight margins of yellow variegation. This variety produces violet, fragrant flowers.

Dendrobium moniliforme are very versatile growers and can do well mounted on slabs or in containers with bark or sphagnum moss. They also grow well in the traditional moss mound with unglazed clay pots, which is typically how we offer them.

**Note! If you are ordering plants in late winter to early spring, you will typically notice more bare canes than new growths. This is normal as they put energy into flowering in the late winter and early spring, in which afterwards they produce new growths that will form leaves over the summer and fall months.**
