Yellow Miltoniopsis have always been a bit hard to come by but recent breeding efforts have resulted in more availability of this desirable color. This particular clone has very nice well rounded shape and great color being a cream yellow with dark red eyes and a red mask on the lip. These typically flower twice per year and have a nice fragrance. Grow in lower to medium light and water with rain distilled or reverse osmosis water for best results. Water as the moss just approaches dryness. Fertilize about once per month for best results. These plants don't like lots of heat so keeping the temps below 80 degrees is critical; best to leave in the house with air conditioning in summer.

Please note: The leaves on older pseudobulbs turn yellow and eventually drop off. This is the natural progression of Miltoniopsis growth. Additionally, black spotting on the undersides of leaves is a genetic trait and not a sign of poor health. Keep in mind, exposure to bright light will increase the presence of this black spotting.
