This is the rare color form of a lovely Dischidia species which is widely distributed throughout Southeast Asia. As its clonal name describes it, they have high amounts of anthocyanin in the foliage, unlike the standard form which is green. They also produce tiny, lantern-like yellow and orange flowers. They are easy to grow and do best for us in plastic pots with either sphagnum moss or Pro Mix.

These are all propagated from our mother plant we have had in our collection for over 20 years.
